Best Potato Salad Ever

Do not substitute any ingredients, but you can increase or reduce amount of any ingredient.
 

Ingredients:


4 large red skin potato

1 can peas and carrots

2 large pickles (pickled in vinegar)

3/4 cup Kraft Light Salad Dressing (or enough to bind everything)

2 tablespoons prepred mustard

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

3 large hard boiled eggs, cut inti small cubes (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil potatosin skins until done. Peal potatos and cut into 1" cubes. Drain peas and carrots and add to potatos, Cut pickles into small cubes and add to the vegetables. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
